Terebinth is a small tree, which is what makes the two protected in İzmir province worth comparing. The one at Teos is 50 to 55 years old and four metres tall; this one, at Kadınlar Kuyusu in Foça district, is 600 years old and 16 metres, with a trunk 2.33 metres across and 7.30 metres in girth.

The 2.5 decares around it were declared a natural monument in 1995. The general condition of the tree is recorded as good.

Capacity is 60 visitors and 20 vehicles.
