Efendioğlu Hanyanı Tabiat Parkı covers 90.60 hectares at the Efendioğlu Hanyanı locality in the Bulancak district of Giresun and was declared on 21 May 2020. What the Directorate names as its asset is the landscape itself.
Spruce dominates, with hornbeam, beech and oak in places and, in some parts, hop hornbeam, ash, maple, wild hazel, poplar and box. The understorey changes with aspect, which is visible as you walk: Pontic rhododendron on the shaded sides, and on the sunny ones Caucasian whortleberry, firethorn and spindle.
Bear, roe deer, wild boar, hare, wolf, fox, badger, weasel, beech and pine marten, stoat and jackal live here, with raven, falcon, buzzard, golden eagle, harrier, eagle owl, owl and kite among the birds of prey.
There is no infrastructure of any kind: the development plan is still being drawn up, and building will begin within that process. Visitors use the area as it is, and a capacity of 200 is stated. The park is 39 kilometres from Bulancak, 7 from the Bektaş plateau, 9 from the Kulakkaya plateau, 2 from Boğaz Oba and Bicik, and 22 from İnişdibi village; Giresun is 49 kilometres away via İnişdibi and 56 via Bulancak.
