The house is the point: a mud-brick building in which the divan poet and Sufi Es-Seyyid Osman Hulusi Efendi was born and grew up, restored roughly a century afterwards and turned into a museum. Officials of his foundation say he was born in 1914 and lived here until he was twenty-four. The provincial announcement of the opening does not describe what is displayed inside or when the museum can be visited.
