Kenbağ is a small nature park — 36 hectares — seven kilometres from the centre of Çankiri. It was registered as a picnic ground in 2004, leased to an operator for 29 years in 2007, and turned into a nature park in July 2011. Its long-term development plan has not yet been drawn up, and a boundary change has been proposed so that the city forest next to it can be taken inside the park.
Opening hours are 08:00 to 20:00, with capacity for 196 visitors and 50 vehicles. It is about a kilometre off the Çankiri-Kastamonu state road, and 1.5 kilometres from the settlement of Yeniceköy.
