Musaözü was a picnic ground before it was declared a nature park on 11 July 2011, and what it is used for has not changed: the people of Eskişehir come here to rest, picnic and pass the day, with the pond at its centre.
It covers 129 hectares at Musaözü in the Tepebaşı district, 21 kilometres from Eskişehir and 1.51 from the village itself, reached by surfaced road. It is open 08:00 to 20:00, with capacity for 2,140 visitors, 100 vehicles and 36 tents.
