Of the two oaks protected in Eskişehir province, the Kepez tree is the older and the shorter: 475 years estimated against the Piribaba oak's 350, and 12 metres tall against its 16.5. It is a Turkey oak, registered on 23 May 2001 on 0.01 hectares, and its general appearance is recorded as well-formed.
The tree grows on mid-slope ground at Erenköy village in İnönü district, under a climate that falls between those of western and central Anatolia. Capacity is 20 visitors and one vehicle.
