The Rabat valley lies at the Örtülü hamlet of Cemceli village, twenty kilometres from the town of Tunceli. It is registered as a first-degree archaeological site and is known for both its historic structures and its landscape.
What there is to see in the valley: a castle, a bridge, a waterfall and caves. Coming along the Tunceli-Kovancılar road, take the Rabat turning immediately after crossing the Rabat bridge.
