Our compilation for Çorum, not an official route. It is a province most travellers pass through on the way somewhere else, and the reason to stop is Boğazköy, the Hittite capital and the only place here inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The town itself has the great mosque and the han, close enough to walk between. The Ottoman bridge at Koyunbaba is not in the town but in Osmancık, where it crosses the Kızılırmak. The two museums are where finds from the Hittite sites are kept.
