The Hıdır Ağa mosque at Edirne stands in a garden that drops below road level on three sides and has a small burial ground of its own. It was repaired by the General Directorate of Foundations in 2008.
It is square in plan. The south-west and south-east faces are of regular cut stone, the north-east and north-west of rubble. A lead-covered dome on an octagonal drum roofs it, and there are five windows on each of the side and qibla faces.
