The Keramet mulberry stands in the Arslanbeyli neighbourhood of the Seyitgazi district of Eskişehir. It is a black mulberry, estimated at 700 years old, 7 metres tall and 1.30 metres in diameter, and the Directorate records its form as sound.
The tree grows on flat plain under the climate of western and central Anatolia. It is reached along the Eskişehir–Seyitgazi–Arslanbeyli road, about 50 kilometres.

- Across Eskişehir as a whole, monthly mean temperatures run from 0.2 °C in January to 22.1 °C in August; the mean stays between 15 and 25 °C in June, July, August and September; rainfall is heaviest in April (44 mm) and lightest in August (11 mm).
