Four stinking junipers at Kayı village in Mihalıççık district, Eskişehir province, were all registered as natural monuments on the same day, 4 April 2001 — three of them numbered I, II and III, and a fourth listed simply as Kayı Ardıcı. This is the first, estimated at 665 years old and 11 metres tall, on 0.02 hectares — the largest protected plot of the four, and the one with the smallest stated capacity, 10 visitors.
The tree grows on mid-slope ground under the inner Anatolian climate, and its general appearance is recorded as well-formed. There is room for one vehicle.
Kayı village is 83 kilometres from Eskişehir, and the tree stands on the main road through it.
