At 2,200 metres above sea level, south of Gürgenağaç village, Lapazan Yaylası has no infrastructure at all, and the provincial directorate advises visitors to bring their own sleeping gear, food and drink.
Getting there
The yayla is reached from the centre of Maçka by a 27-kilometre stabilised road.
