This museum of medical and dental instruments in Adana is built on one man's collection. Prof. Dr. İlter Uzel, founding dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Çukurova University, has been gathering the objects since 1972.
Alongside the instruments the museum displays a body of scientific literature, so the collection documents the practice and the writing about it together.
