The Sırıkyayla fir stands in forest at the Sırıkyayla locality, Odayeri area, Çınardüzü village in the central district of Düzce. It is a Nordmann fir, Abies nordmanniana, registered as a natural monument on 6 September 2002, and given as about 300 years old.
Its measurements as published do not agree with one another. The page gives the tree as 70 metres tall, 1.36 metres in trunk diameter and six metres in girth — but a trunk 1.36 metres across comes to roughly 4.3 metres around, not six, and 70 metres would be an extraordinary height for a fir. The figures are reproduced here as the directorate gives them, without guessing which is right. The protected ground is equally unsettled: 1,000 square metres in the text and 0.79 hectares in the area record.
There is nothing built at the site and no capacity or usable opening hours are recorded.
The route runs from central Düzce to Beyköy, then southeast to Uğur village, where signs for Odayeri mark the road; before reaching the entrance to the Odayeri plateau, take the Sırıkyayla road up the slope.
