The fountain on Zafer Square in Kütahya is of marble. Its pediment is in three parts, with the sultan's coat of arms and monogram in the middle and five-pointed star reliefs on either side and in the middle of the trough.
The pediment ends in a two-line inscription, and below it there is a deep round arch with a keystone. The source does not give the date it was built.
