Kaklık cave is in the Kaklık quarter of Honaz, thirty kilometres from the centre of Denizli on the Denizli–Ankara road. What makes it unusual is the thermal water inside it: clear, colourless and smelling of sulphur, and known to help with some skin complaints.
On the walls that catch direct sunlight and are constantly dripping, a dense growth of moss and algae has taken hold. A swimming pool, a small amphitheatre, viewing areas, a café and arbours have served visitors since May 2002.
