Pasinler's spring water comes out at between 39 and 45 °C and is used both for drinking and for bathing cures. It contains bicarbonate, chloride, sodium and carbon dioxide and is partly radioactive. The provincial directorate says that drunk, it acts on the gall bladder, liver, stomach and bowels, and that bathing cures are given for rheumatism, nerve and muscle fatigue, various nervous disorders, and joint problems and osteoarthritis.

The spa is 43 km from the centre of Erzurum.
