Kadıralak Tabiat Parkı lies in the Tonya district of Trabzon and was declared on 2 October 2017. Its size is given inconsistently in the Directorate's own record: 3,638 hectares in the data fields and 363.80 in the text.
The Directorate describes the area as entirely natural habitat that has kept its integrity intact. What dominates is eastern Black Sea mixed broadleaved forest: spruce among the conifers, beech and alder among the broadleaves, with hornbeam, oak, hop hornbeam, maple, chestnut, lime, rhododendron, cherry laurel, hawthorn and rowan forming mixed stands alongside them. Rocky systems appear in places to the north, south and east.
Above the forest, near the upper edges of the site, lie subalpine meadow and pasture communities like those of the Kadıralak plateau that gives the park its name — and similar patches occur scattered through the clearings inside the forest itself, which adds to the plant diversity.
Stated capacity is 5,662 visitors. The park is 71 kilometres from Trabzon, reached along the Black Sea coast road; buses and minibuses run as far as Tonya, and from about 600 metres north of the town, on the Tonya–Vakfıkebir road, the Kadıralak plateau turning leads roughly 2 kilometres to the site. Trabzon airport is 71 kilometres away.
