The main space of this mosque in Mardin runs across rather than lengthwise: a dome in the middle, with barrel-vaulted bays to either side of it. West of it is a square tomb chamber, and there is no trace of a grave in it today.
Two rooms adjoin the portal on the east side. On the north, a small iwan with a fountain has a room on either side. The minaret, at the north-east corner, is a plain cylinder. From the inscription on the portal the building should date to the fourteenth century. It stands on 1. Cadde beside the Artuklu caravanserai and is reached by city transport.
